Warranty

All our products are covered by a two-year warranty in relation to manufacturing defects, while the connectors, both as a terminal of a complete product and as a spare part, are products subject to wear and therefore are covered by a warranty for one year from purchase. In case of problems, the product will be repaired or replaced with another one of equal value and functionality. The warranty is void if the failure is due to accident, negligence or misuse. In the case of products that require intervention under warranty, the customer must contact Label Italy Srl by e-mail to agree on the replacement or repair procedures.

How to make the return shipment of a product

After having agreed with Label Italy the return of the goods, pack the material in order to protect the products from any damage. Label Italy undertakes to check, repair or replace the product under warranty as soon as possible.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products opened or tampered with by the customer.

For entitlement, it is important to have the following data:

Article code
Invoice,
Bank account information for receive the transfer (ABI – CAB – account number) by the owner’s invoice.
